The region is known for producing balanced coffees with natural sweetness and a&nbsp;chocolate-forward character. The beans are sorted to screen size 14\/16, ensuring good roasting uniformity and a&nbsp;highly consistent cup profile. In the cup, the coffee expresses a&nbsp;classic Brazilian profile with notes of chocolate, nuts, and gentle caramel, supported by low acidity and a&nbsp;medium-full body. Thanks to its balance and clean sweet finish, this coffee is highly versatile and performs well across different brewing methods.
