Colombia EP Decaf is a decaffeinated coffee sourced from Colombian farming communities that retains a full and balanced flavour profile even after the removal of caffeine. The caffeine is removed using the Swiss Water® Process, which relies solely on water, temperature, and activated carbon without the use of chemical solvents. This method helps preserve the coffee’s natural flavour and aromatics. In the cup, you can expect notes of cocoa, caramel sweetness, and gentle citrus freshness reminiscent of mandarin. During roasting, we focused on preserving sweetness and clarity to create a rich and balanced decaf coffee that performs beautifully both as espresso and filter brew.
